Privacy Policy Announcement Pursuant To The Act On The Protection Of Personal Information
Pursuant to the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" (hereinafter the "Act"), YAMAGATA Corporation (hereinafter the "Company") provides that the matters prescribed by the Act concerning personal information it acquires shall be publicly announced or put in a readily accessible condition for the person, and makes the following announcement.

The Purpose of Use of Personal Information (Article 18.1 of the Act)
- Personal information acquired when accepting order from a customer is used within the scope of the contract with the customer entity.
- The business of printing and delivering business cards
- The business of printing and delivering albums
- The business of printing, bookbinding and delivering documents
- The business of planning, producing, translating and publishing documents
- Software / system development
- Operational support service for health check
- Other business of printing, bookbinding and delivering
- When having acquired personal information directly from the person, the Company expressly shows the purpose of use each time and uses such personal information within the scope of its purpose.
- Employee recruitment and human resource management
Matters Concerning Retained Personal Data (Article 24.1 of the Act)
- The name of the individual or entity handling personal information concerned: YAMAGATA Corporation

- The purpose of use of all the retained personal data shall be the same as the purpose of use of personal information mentioned above.
- The procedures to meet requests for disclosure: When the Company is requested by the person to notify the purpose of use, disclose, correct and delete the content, and suspend its use, etc. concerning personal information subject to disclosure that the Company has right to respond to, the Company confirms the identification of the person concerned and meets the request without delay.

In addition, please note that for charges concerned, in the event of any requests for disclosure and notification of the purpose of use, a fee determined by the Company shall be payable.
Matters Concerning Joint Use (Article 23.4.3 and Article 23.5 of the Act)
In case of joint use, the Company shall obtain the consent of the person each time showing the following items;
- Personal data is used jointly between specific individuals or entities
- The items of the personal data used jointly
- The scope of the joint users
- The purpose for which the personal data is used by them
- The name of the individual or entity responsible for the management of the personal data concerned
Information on applicants and employees shall be used jointly among YAMAGATA group within the scope of the purpose of use.
Concerning Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties (Article 23.1 of the Act)
The Company manages personal information collected (acquired) appropriately and shall not provide them to third parties without obtaining the prior consent of the person. However, this shall not apply in the following cases;
- Cases in which it is based on laws
- Cases in which it is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of an individual and in which it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person
- Cases in which it is particularly necessary for improving public hygiene or promoting the sound growth of children and in which it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person
- Cases in which it is necessary for cooperating with a state institution, a local public body, or an individual or entity entrusted by one in executing the operations prescribed by laws and in which obtaining the consent of the person might impede the execution of the operations concerned
