Case Studies
Case Study 1 : Company A
As their sales network increasingly globalized, Company A saw the need to expand translation of their operation manuals from 6 to 24 languages.
We proposed and implemented a system which automated the processing of post-translated manuals from layout to printing.
As a result, the DTP processing time of each manual was significantly accelerated.

Case Study 2: Company J
Company J had expanded into new regions around the world. We were able to provide them with support by providing a worldwide catalog service.
We introduced YAMAGATA's very own facility sourcing "Fulfillment Management Service (FMS)", to provide an intelligent integrated global system consisting of an array of analysis reports, optimization assistance for quantity and types of stock, kitting, shipping, stock management, and inventory organization. This has helped allow for the wastage of stock inventory to drop from 15% to 1% possible.

Case Study 3: Company O
We assisted Company O from the stage of product design to planning participation.
At the design development phase, we proposed planning and simulator development.
At the product development phase, preliminary confirmation of the reduction in operational labor was made possible due to the simulator operation. A CD-ROM for pre-sales promotion of the simulator was also used.
We also provided catalog production support for overseas deployment.
