We provide support services throughout the entire production process, from product planning and development to sales support through our own customer support center. To ensure the smooth progression of the planning stage, we offer solutions such as in-house presentation tools, production and marketing analysis on all specifications and UI proposals. We have also set up a customer support center to collect feedback and suggestions from customers, which will enable us to provide an even broader spectrum of products and services moving forward.

From the initial stages, we propose the development of user-friendly UIs incorporating the target feel and structure of the UI and from a technical standpoint that focuses on "language", "system" and "visuals".

The creation of a simulator for use on a PC facilitates smoother communication in multi-lingual, multi-regional development. It acts as an interactive specifications manual, making it easier to understand and transmit information for enhanced development efficiency.
We are also develop simulators that use specific protocols and eye-mark analysis to give a visual analysis, as well as record operation history.
YAMAGATA INTECH is a member of the NPO Human Centered Design Organization (HCD-Net). Membership to this organization enables Yamagata to providing solutions and employ up-to-date usability studies in supporting client's requirements.
We support the full design and development process of GUI (Graphical User Interface) from conception to implementation and management.

It is a real challenge to standardize GUI translation that requires epertise to select a specific phraseto convey the meaning depending on context.
Having to make changes within the language and screen display database before previewing it on the screen can be time consuming and stressful. We use a tool which supports pre-change preview confirmation. This tool also enables smoother communication of language translation to the program designer.

This system enables us to manage and correct all terms when different terms are used according to the types of products. It can be used across multiple languages simultaneously and excels in integrating product terms across many languages.
Different industries use different methods to express information, and have therefore differing definitions for what constitutes a "user interface" (UI). With many years of experience in UI development, we can provide proposals for developing effective UIs.

Hierarchy Diagrams defines transition structures. We create, manage and integrate a list of operation hierarchy diagrams which can be provided as embedded design documents. We also produce Technical Documents for engineers as well as user-friendly User Guides written with the end user in mind.

Defines screen transition according to operation. Taking into account the purpose of use, we set standards within conditional limits and suggest ideas for undefined sections based on our know-how.

Terminology List Specifications define terms to be attached to products. We produce technical documents for developers listing mounted terms in multiple languages and databases.

Defines screen layout specifications. Text, icons, and chart placement coordinates, and similar information are executed as part of the UI Specifications Manual.
