With YAMAGATA's network, clients enjoy cost, labor and time savings whenever they have to produce large quantities of instruction manuals or catalogs for use in different localities. Our clients simply need to place an order with us, and YAMAGATA's global network will deliver the needed materials to satisfaction.

The goal of "Quality Assurance System in Each Process" is our core driver in introducing our own image comparing support system. The Image Comparing Viewer (ICV) prevents errors in data before printing. The ICV also features improved print quality and folding accuracy as it is equipped to prevent incorrect collating, paging disorder, erratic pagination and missing pages.
Our worldwide operations in Asia, Europe, USA and Oceania can locally support the printing and delivery.

The final version of the data is received for printing.
The ICV Check is the system that detects the difference between two sets of data. This system is used to identify garbage characters or missing images.
We output your digital data into printing film (4-color separation).
The image of the printing film is then transferred onto the aluminium plate. The more popular platemaking process is Computer-to-Plate (CtP) which directly transfers digital data onto the plate.
For the final color check, we print a sample output and validate it against the final version of the data.
Web Printing (equipped with image sensor)
We use continuous roll-type paper to produce high volumes at high speed.
Sheet-fed Printing (equipped with double sheet sensor)
We use cut-sheet for printing various paper sizes such as full, half, and quarter size.
Folding (equipped with accuracy sensor)
The Folding process comes before the Saddle Stitching or Perfect-Binding process. We accelerate this process by using our own checking systems.
During the folding or saddle stitching/perfect-binding process, four points such as missing pages and collation error are checked prior to moving to the packing line.
In this process, printed items go through visual inspection.
Direct printing with digital data does not require any platemaking. This process makes it possible to print in smaller lot and have shorter delivery time compared to the traditional offset printing.

Variable Data Printing is a method that allows printing of customized content. It can handle various forms of data such as bar codes, numbers, and pictures. For example, content of direct mails can be customized and printed according to individual customer's preference.

The two factories in Fukushima and Hagiwara (Gifu) handle our printing, binding, and final processing of our manual production. The Fukushima factory opened in 1984 while the Hagiwara operations started in 2000, when the Hagiwara-cho in the Gifu perfecture attracted enterprises to the town. The Fukushima factory immediately achieved ISO9002 and ISO14001 to provide clients with reliable products that values quality without compromising the environment.
Opened in 1984. In pursuit of "zero-defect", this is YAMAGATA's first factory to use the ICV for final checking during binding process.
